Dr. Khuram Sial M.D. and Dr. Stanley Eosakul M.D. are both Certified Pain Specialists and trained at the elite Pain Fellowship program from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School making them premier specialists in their fields. Our Physician Assistant Saema Sial PA-C trained at Stanford University.
Our amazing staff consists of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Office Manager, pre-authorization specialists, receptionists, medical records clerk, volunteer staff, facility and clinical administrators as well as a Personal Injury Department.
Khuram Sial M.D.
Dr. Sial completed his residency training in physical medicine & rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine before completing his Interventional Spine Fellowship at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
He has over 15 years experience practicing interventional minimally invasive spine procedures for pain control. He is the Founder and Owner of American Spine, Spine Injury Accident Leaders who specialize in injury victims. They have over 15 locations throughout Southern California. During his fellowship, he wrote a book chapter in Waldman’s Pain Management textbook called Cervical Facet Syndrome and he specializes in the proper diagnosis and treatment of the spine, facet pain and the treatment of disc injuries causing sciatic low back pain and neck pain.
He is also one of the few physicians in the country who offer endoscopic spine surgery as the least invasive spine surgical procedure.
Dr. Stanley Eosakul M.D.
Stanley Eosakul, M.D. is a compassionate, award-winning, Harvard-trained interventional pain management physician. He is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He grew up in Southern California in the city of Yucaipa before moving to Boston, Massachusetts for college and medical training.
He completed his anesthesiology residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. During his residency, he was active in medical education, authoring multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and presenting his research at local and national conferences. He also served as a chief resident and was awarded the Excellence in Education Award and the Anesthesia Chief Resident Award.
He then continued his training with a pain medicine fellowship also at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, learning specialized knowledge and techniques under the mentorship of nationally known and distinguished faculty in a variety of pain conditions, with an emphasis on neck pain, back pain, and pathologies of the spine. He was awarded the Carol A. Warfield Award in Pain Management for providing excellent medical care to patients during his fellowship.
Using a multi-disciplinary approach to pain management, Dr. Eosakul aims to provide comprehensive pain treatment regimens of the highest standard of care. As a native to the Inland Empire, he’s excited to give back to his community by offering individualized treatment plans for his patients. He places the utmost importance on listening and getting to know his patients, to understand their condition, with the goal of improving their daily function and overall quality of life.
Dr. Eosakul is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Spine Intervention Society, and American Society of Anesthesiologists. In his free time, he enjoys running, watching football, and web application development.
Saema Sial PA-C
Saema Sial, PA-C, graduated from Cuyamaca College in El Cajon, CA, with an associate's degree in science and math before completing the Cardiovascular Technology Program at Grossmont College with an emphasis in Echocardiography. She was in the top 10% of her graduating class at Grossmont College, maintaining a 3.8 GPA.
Saema then went on to receive an associate's degree in science and a certificate of clinical proficiency at Stanford University School of Medicine and Foothill College's Primary Care Associate Program (PCAP).
Saema was most recently an instructor of EKG interpretations, medical assisting, and anatomy and physiology at California Medical College in San Diego. Her past work experience includes occupations as an echocardiographer, medical director, disease management consultant, and medical assistant.
Saema is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She also carries certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association. Saema is fluent in five languages, including Spanish, Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
